Refund and Return Policy 


Valor & Virtue sincerely thanks you for your purchase. Our mission is to always provide quality products and apparel that promotes God’s Kingdom, while you reflect his image in style! 


However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Requirements are listed here:


  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all original tags/labels attached
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Only regularly priced items may be refunded
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a store credit for the purchase amount will be issued to you.


*At day 30, the refund request will no longer be optional.  

 

RETURN PROCESS


To return an item, please email customer service at valor-virtue.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with Online return form, then mail your return to the following applicable address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 -10 business days from the item purchase date to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Undergarments

LOST ITEMS


  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. After confirmations, all costs for reprinting and shipping a replacement order will be covered at no cost to you.


  • If tracking information states that an order was delivered, we will not take responsibility for providing a replacement order.
